Are Car Flow System devices made in Poland?

Yes, Car Flow System parking solutions are fully designed in Poland. Devices such as entry terminals, exit terminals, automatic pay stations, and cashless systems are manufactured at our headquarters in Warsaw.

Which languages do Car Flow System devices support?

By default, Car Flow System devices support up to 6 languages. For example, a pay station can display messages in Polish, German, English, French, or Ukrainian. We even have projects, such as in Wrocław, that support Korean. For administrators, CFS 2.0 software is available in Polish and English.

In which modes does the Car Flow System operate?

We primarily offer a hybrid ticketless system, where entry and exit are handled via license plate recognition (LPR) cameras. If a plate cannot be read (e.g., damaged or missing), a QR-code ticket is issued. The system can also work in full ticket-based or full ticketless modes. Learn more about operating modes on our blog.

Can the system handle multiple entry and exit points?

Absolutely. The system is modular and can be expanded to handle multiple entry points, exits, and zones.

What materials are used in the device enclosures?

The enclosures are made of aluminum and stainless steel AISI 304 with powder coating — standard in RAL 9006. On request, and for an additional fee, enclosures can be finished in any RAL color.

In what colors are the devices available?

In any RAL color. By default, enclosures are delivered in RAL 9006. On request, and for an additional fee, we can powder coat them in another color or wrap them with custom-designed foil.

What types of tickets does the system support?

We provide standard installation of fan-fold (GEBE) or classic roll (SK1) ticket printers.

Can the devices be installed outdoors?

All our devices are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, are waterproof, and come with a warranty. For outdoor pay stations, we also offer shelters. Devices are equipped with heating blowers and thermostats — operating temperature from -20°C to +70°C.

Does the system provide payment receipts?

Yes. Exit terminals with payment functions and automatic pay stations include receipt printers (with tax ID input and simplified invoice option).

Can the system issue invoices for customers?

Yes. Exit terminals with payment functions and automatic pay stations include printers that support receipts and simplified invoices with tax ID input.

Can the system handle vehicles of different heights (e.g., cars and vans)?

Yes. We use photocell systems that detect vehicle height. This allows differentiated tariffs for larger vehicles, helping to optimize parking revenue.

Which payment methods does the Car Flow System accept?

The Car Flow System parking system allows you to pay for parking services in cash, cashless (card, BLIK, NFC) or using a mobile application (optional). It is worth noting that in the case of cash payments, it is possible to configure the system so that, for example, a 50 PLN banknote can only be used for payments above 20 PLN, etc., which allows for optimization and reduces the frequency of emptying and refilling coin and banknote dispensers. Does the system support subscription customers?
