cooperation models
1. Purchase and Management by the Investor
This solution is dedicated to Investors who want to independently supervise and control the operation of the parking lot while maintaining full operational independence.
2. Purchase by the Investor and Management by an External Entity
This is a hybrid approach to parking system investment, combining the benefits of owning your own system with the convenience and operational efficiency of outsourcing.
3. Operator Model – CAPEX-free
In this innovative approach, the Investor does not bear any initial costs for the parking system. The entire investment – hardware and software – is financed and managed by the external operator.
4. Parking lot lease
The parking lease model is designed for property owners who want to earn regular income from available parking spaces without investing in their own system, managing traffic, or handling customer service.
The lease model provides maximum convenience and financial security. The Investor does not need to worry about equipment costs, technical support, customer complaints, or financial flows. The operator assumes all operational risk, while the property owner receives a guaranteed lease rate – stable month after month.
