Ticketless parking automation for a retail facility

For Kłobucka Retail Park in Warsaw, we designed and delivered a modern Car Flow System parking solution enabling ticketless customer service, smooth traffic flow, and convenient parking fee settlement. The system was optimized for high vehicle turnover typical of retail facilities.

Entry terminals

• CFS-BX entry parking terminal – 1 unit
• ticketless entry based on the LPR system
• vehicle height recognition with automatic tariff change
• integration with height detection sensors

Exit terminals

• CFS-BX exit parking terminal – 1 unit
• automatic vehicle identification based on license plate recognition
• dynamic tariff handling depending on vehicle type

Barriers and supporting infrastructure

• B02.4F barriers with 3 m boom arm – 2 units
• barrier power backup systems – 2 units
• inductive loop detectors – 4 units
• SOS module for the barrier – 1 unit

License Plate Recognition (LPR) system

The LPR system implemented at Kłobucka Retail Park enables ticketless parking operation through automatic vehicle identification based on license plate numbers, significantly reducing entry and exit times.

• CFS-C-L01 LPR cameras – 2 units
• LPR controller for 1–3 cameras – 1 unit
• OCR licenses for LPR cameras – 2 units
• OCR license for the LPR controller – 1 unit

Automatic pay station

• CFS-S-AP15 automatic pay station – 1 unit
• 15” color touchscreen display
• multilingual user interface (up to 6 languages)
• cashless payments (NFC, BLIK, PayPass)
• acceptance of coins and banknotes
• coin change dispenser
• QR code support (tickets, reservations)
• ticket and receipt printing (DMS)

Displays and additional components

• VMS D10 displays for CarFlow system messages – 2 units
• galvanized steel posts (1.5 m, 2 m and 3 m for VMS)
• parking regulations signage – 1 set

Server and software

• CFS server (1–8 terminals) – 1 unit
• CarFlow 2.12 Basic – perpetual license
• remote access to the CarFlow system via web browser
