The parking session as a key part of the third thematic block

On 7 May 2026, the Copernicus Science Centre in Warsaw hosted the 15th Intelligent Cities Congress – one of the most important events in Poland dedicated to urban mobility and modern technology in cities. As part of the third session, focused on urban mobility – covering metro, rail, and parking – an entire block was devoted to modern parking space management. Konrad Bąbliński explained how the growing number of vehicles, accelerating urbanization, and rising driver expectations are reshaping Poland’s parking market today. He discussed the key operational challenges parking facility managers face daily – the high cost of manual operations and the difficulty of scaling infrastructure as the number of vehicles and locations grows.

He stressed that digital management of parking infrastructure is becoming the foundation of modern parking space management today – not only to cut costs, but above all to improve the driver’s experience.

Albert Dubelski walked the audience through the full implementation path: from identifying operational problems, through designing a tailored solution, to the concrete business results achieved. Congress attendees learned about the measurable benefits of implementing the Car Flow System:

• better management of data on traffic and parking space usage
