Car Flow System at Parking Tech Expo 2026: automation is transforming Poland’s parking market
Car Flow System took part in Parking Tech Expo 2026 as an exhibitor at booth C3.02. Find out what was showcased at the booth and why it matters as a signal of change in the parking industry.
Booth C3.02 as the centrepiece of Car Flow System’s exhibition
On 19–21 May 2026, the inaugural edition of Parking Tech Expo took place – one of the most important events in Poland dedicated to traffic management technologies and parking infrastructure. At booth C3.02, Car Flow System presented its full ecosystem of solutions – from individual devices, through hardware integration, to the software that manages an entire facility.
Entry and exit terminals
Visitors could see live demonstrations of entry and exit terminals, equipped with a colour touch screen and stable software built on the Linux platform, supporting ticket-based, hybrid, and fully ticketless modes.
LPR cameras for license plate recognition
One of the key elements of the presentation was license plate recognition (LPR) technology, enabling automatic vehicle identification on entry and exit without requiring on-site parking staff.
Automatic pay stations and cashless payments
The booth also featured automatic pay stations supporting cash, card, BLIK, and NFC payments, enabling round-the-clock parking operation without staff involvement.
CFS 2.0 software
At the heart of the whole solution is CFS 2.0 software, which enables remote parking management from a browser or mobile app – including space reservations, tenant access management, and reporting.
The ticketless hybrid model – meeting visitor expectations
Conversations held at booth C3.02 confirmed growing interest among parking operators in solutions that reduce the role of the physical ticket in favour of automatic vehicle recognition. The ticketless hybrid mode recommended by Car Flow System was demonstrated to visitors on live equipment, showcasing:
- faster passage with no need to print or scan a ticket
- automatic vehicle recognition on entry and exit through LPR technology
- a QR-code ticket mode retained as a fallback whenever a plate is unreadable
Polish manufacturing as a strong argument for facility managers and investors
It’s worth noting that the devices showcased at the booth – entry terminals, exit terminals, and automatic pay stations – are designed and manufactured in Poland, at the company’s headquarters in Warsaw. For many visitors, especially managers of commercial properties and developers, this matters in practice – it means easier access to servicing and the ability to tailor devices to a facility’s specific requirements.
What the trade fair revealed – the direction of the parking market
Car Flow System’s presence at Parking Tech Expo 2026 confirms the company’s growing role in the automation and integration of parking systems in Poland. The conversations held at the booth point to a clear direction:
- growing interest in automating parking operations without staff involvement
- a shift from classic ticket-based systems to LPR-based solutions
- a growing role for hardware-software integration in facility management
The company has completed over 120 installations across Poland, at facilities of a very diverse nature.
Summary
Car Flow System’s participation in Parking Tech Expo 2026 showed that automation and data integration are no longer a direction for the future – they are the standard set today by the industry’s most experienced players. Booth C3.02 became a meeting point for industry representatives interested in implementing modern, automated systems built on LPR technology.
