Amusement Park "Julinek Park"

Approved for operations in July 2026

A modern parking system at Julinek Park in Leszno near Warsaw

For the parking lot of the family entertainment park Julinek Park in Leszno near Warsaw, we carried out the comprehensive supply, installation, and configuration of a modern Car Flow System parking system. Julinek Park is a unique destination combining entertainment, recreation, and active leisure, visited every year by thousands of families from across Poland. The project was designed for the smooth, automated handling of high-volume tourist and recreational traffic. The investment included the deployment of modern CFS 7" entry and exit terminals, fast Premium barriers with illuminated LED arms, a precise LPR license plate recognition system, voice communication via intercom and QR code support, as well as central CarFlow 2.12 software enabling remote management of the entire facility.

Intelligent traffic control in a recreational zone

Julinek Park, as a popular entertainment and leisure destination, generates intensive vehicle traffic, particularly on weekends and during holiday seasons. The new, fully automated Car Flow System parking control system eliminates the need for manual handling of entries and exits. Thanks to the integration of fast LPR plate recognition with the terminals, along with cashless payments directly at the exit, the processing time for each vehicle has been reduced to a minimum, effectively preventing traffic congestion.

Entertainment parks and recreational facilities have a traffic profile that is entirely different from typical office or retail parking lots – instead of evenly distributed volume throughout the day, they experience sharp, predictable spikes in visitors concentrated on weekends, holidays, and days off work. A parking system therefore needs to be ready to handle a large number of vehicles in a short period of time, while maintaining full safety – both for drivers and for the many families with children moving around near the facility's entrance.

Entry and exit terminals with 7-inch touch screens

At the heart of the system are the CFS 7" entry and exit terminals, equipped with color touch screens that ensure fast, intuitive operation, including for guests visiting Julinek Park just once, with no prior familiarity with the parking layout.

  • Entry Terminal CFS-S-E7
  • Exit Terminal CFS-S-X7
  • 7" color touch screen
  • QR code support – fast vehicle identification without the need to take a traditional ticket
  • voice communication with the operator via intercom
  • QR-coded ticket issuance in case the license plate cannot be read
  • a compact, aesthetic design suited to the character of a recreational facility

Compact 7" terminals are a solution perfectly suited to the specifics of entertainment parks – they provide the full functionality of the system while maintaining an approachable, family-friendly form that doesn't overwhelm visitors to the facility.

Premium parking barriers with illuminated LED arms

Physical control of entry and exit to the parking area is provided by fast Premium parking barriers, equipped with illuminated LED arms. This solution is particularly important at a recreational facility visited by families with children – the illumination significantly increases the device's visibility and the level of safety in the entry zone, including after dark.

  • red arm illumination when the barrier is closed, green when it is open
  • 24VDC motor with integrated encoder
  • fast opening and closing times, minimizing queue formation during peak hours
  • advanced anti-crush protection, essential given the high volume of pedestrian traffic
  • high resistance to intensive use during weekend and seasonal peaks
  • the ability to remotely open and lock barriers from within CarFlow 2.12 software

The fast operation of the Premium barriers is essential at a facility such as Julinek Park, where many vehicles arrive at the parking lot at the same time within a short period – for example, on a weekend morning. The illuminated LED arms additionally serve as a light signal, helping orient drivers unfamiliar with the facility's layout.

LPR license plate recognition system

The installed precise LPR system automatically recognizes the license plates of vehicles entering and leaving the Julinek Park parking lot, significantly speeding up traffic handling during peak visiting hours.

  • LPR Cameras CFS-C-L01
  • fast, precise real-time license plate recognition
  • high reading accuracy regardless of time of day or weather conditions
  • integration with the entry and exit terminals and CarFlow 2.12 software
  • entry and exit without the need to stop to collect a ticket

Integrating fast LPR plate recognition with the terminals, along with cashless payments directly at the exit, made it possible to reduce processing time per vehicle to a minimum – effectively preventing the traffic congestion that must be avoided at a facility visited en masse on weekends and during the holidays.

Voice communication via intercom and QR code support

Each of the entry and exit terminals was equipped with an intercom module, enabling a visitor to immediately reach the parking operator by voice. This solution is particularly useful in unusual situations that occur regularly at a recreational facility visited by families with children – for example, an issue reading a license plate or a question about parking rules.

  • immediate voice communication with the parking operator
  • QR code support as a backup method of vehicle identification
  • quick problem resolution without the need for physical intervention on site
  • increased comfort and sense of security for entertainment park visitors

CarFlow 2.12 software with remote management

All elements of the installation – the terminals, the barriers, the LPR system, and the intercom modules – were integrated within a single, coherent ecosystem based on CarFlow 2.12 software. The central software enables remote management of the entire facility, which is essential at an entertainment park operating on a seasonal basis with extended weekend opening hours.

  • remote parking management from a web browser, from anywhere
  • live view of any device screen in the system
  • remote opening and locking of barriers with a single button, useful during peak traffic hours
  • real-time reporting of vehicle traffic
  • email notifications about events requiring the administrator's attention
  • the ability to further expand the system as the facility grows

Remote system management allows Julinek Park's administration to keep ongoing control over the parking lot's operation without the constant presence of technical staff on site – particularly valuable at a facility that operates seasonally, with noticeably higher traffic during the summer months and on days off work.

Results of the implementation for Julinek Park

Thanks to the integration of all elements within a single, coherent ecosystem, the system streamlines traffic organization, increases the parking lot's throughput, and ensures convenient, intuitive service for visitors:

  • full automation of entry and exit handling, without the need for manual intervention
  • processing time per vehicle reduced to a minimum thanks to the integration of LPR and cashless payments at the exit
  • effective prevention of traffic congestion during peak hours
  • increased safety thanks to illuminated Premium barriers and fast intercom communication
  • convenient, intuitive service, including for guests visiting the facility just once
  • full management flexibility thanks to remote administration in CarFlow 2.12 software
  • a system ready for seasonal and weekend traffic spikes

Why do entertainment parks and recreational facilities choose Car Flow System?

A modern parking system at a recreational facility is far more than the devices installed at the entry and exit. It is a comprehensive solution that must simultaneously handle high, seasonally concentrated vehicle turnover while ensuring the full safety of the many families with children moving in the immediate vicinity of the parking infrastructure.

The project for Julinek Park shows that Car Flow System solutions work just as well in office or retail facilities as they do in entertainment parks and tourist destinations, where what matters most is the system's flexibility, its resilience to large, short-lived load spikes, and how intuitive it is for guests who visit the facility only occasionally.
