For the campus of Adam Mickiewicz University in Kalisz, we carried out a comprehensive implementation of a modern Car Flow System parking system. The project was completed in cooperation with our partner, PRKING, and was designed with the specifics of academic facilities in mind, where efficient handling of a large number of students, faculty, and university visitors is essential. The implementation included 15" entry and exit terminals, an automatic pay station, an LPR license plate recognition system, and Premium parking barriers, all integrated with CarFlow 2.12 software.
University campuses are among the most demanding facilities when it comes to traffic management. A large number of users, variable class schedules, and the need to distinguish between different groups of drivers – staff, students, and visitors – call for a solution that operates unattended, quickly, and reliably. That is why, on the UAM campus in Kalisz, we implemented a comprehensive Car Flow System parking system that automates the entire parking process, from entry, through vehicle identification, to payment and exit.
Thanks to integration with CarFlow 2.12 software, the university gained full control over parking space management along with the flexibility to define access rules for different groups of campus users.
At the heart of the system are modern parking terminals equipped with 15" color touch screens, providing intuitive operation for both rotational drivers and holders of university subscriptions.
The automatic pay station allows students, staff, and visitors to the university to settle parking fees quickly and conveniently, without involving facility staff.
The implemented LPR system automatically recognizes the license plates of vehicles entering and leaving the campus, significantly speeding up traffic handling during peak hours and increasing the level of security across the university grounds.
At the UAM campus in Kalisz, we installed Premium parking barriers, distinguished by high reliability, fast opening times, and an elegant design. This is the solution we recommend for high-traffic facilities such as university parking lots.
Academic facilities such as the UAM campus in Kalisz require parking solutions that combine high throughput with simple management. High vehicle turnover, different user groups, and the need to ensure security across the campus mean that traditional access control methods are no longer sufficient.
Thanks to the implementation of Car Flow System, the university gained a modern parking management tool that automates vehicle identification, fee calculation, and access control, while relieving facility administration of tasks previously performed manually.
The entire installation was integrated with CarFlow 2.12 software, which serves as the central hub for managing the parking system across the campus.
The Car Flow System parking system implemented on the campus of Adam Mickiewicz University in Kalisz is a modern solution designed for academic facilities and public institutions. The installation includes 15" entry and exit parking terminals, an automatic pay station, an LPR license plate recognition system, Premium barriers, and a full package of CarFlow 2.12 software.
The project ensures full automation of parking operations, increases the comfort and security of campus users, and enables effective management of vehicle traffic throughout the academic year. We would like to sincerely thank our partner, PRKING, for another joint project and for the trust placed in us during this implementation. We are proud that our solutions support the development of modern academic infrastructure in Poland.
